Ten Prints at Bushwakker - August 2025
I have a small show of prints at Bushwakker Brewing Company for the month of August. For the past years, I have been studying Visual Arts at the University of Regina, and I have become hooked on printmaking.. The printmaking process through the matrix, inking, presswork, and printmaking machines appeals to my character. Printmaking techniques I use include intaglio, relief, silkscreen, stone lithography and letterpress.

Gordon W Blackmore is motivated to make; from furniture design and build, to beekeeping, sculpture, painting, and most recently, printmaking. Gordon has a farm boy confidence to tackle the challenges presented. His most recent pursuit is studies in visual arts at the University of Regina.
Blackmore finds inspiration in the prairie environment. The lines seen in fields beg a closer look; Gordon wants to use printmaking to give the audience that opportunity.
